Where to Park There will be no parking at the base. Parking will be available at two near by locations and a shuttle will transport people to and from the base from there. Shuttles The Shuttles will start commuting the spectators to the base at 8:00 am and will run as frequently as necessary. They will stop just prior to 9:30 am on Saturday so as not to interfere with the parade. They will start running again as soon as the parade is complete. Loyalist College
